DRAMA AND PUPPET THEATRE „IVAN RADOEV“ – PLEVEN, BULGARIA
Drama and Puppet Theater "Ivan Radoev" - Pleven has been working as a professional theater since 1919.
In 1998 a puppet department was opened at the Ivan Radoev Drama Theater which ever since has been continuing the fruitful traditions established by the no longer existing Pleven State Puppet Theater.
The range of genres the company produces is broad - from classical drama to contemporary. It creates 10 new productions per year and presents nearly 200 performances.
The repertoire includes traditional theatrical pieces, experimental productions, various stage forms, unifying different types of art.
